The original method

New York classical Pilates in Paris

Classical Pilates is the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, based on six fundamental principles: concentration, control, breathing, flow, precision and centering. It follows a structured progression designed to strengthen the body as an integrated system while improving posture, mobility, coordination and overall well-being.

Posture & Back Health

Corrects muscular imbalances, supports healthy joint function and helps reduce chronic lower back pain and tension.

Body Shape & Conditioning

Strengthens the deep abdominal muscles, improves posture and creates a longer, leaner and more toned silhouette.

Vitality & Sport

Enhances coordination, flexibility, strength and recovery. Particularly beneficial for golfers, tennis players and anyone seeking improved physical performance.

Mat + apparatus: the complete Pilates ecosystem

Mat work and apparatus training complement one another. The spring-based equipment guides the body, reduces compensatory movement patterns and develops a unique level of body awareness.

The Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Wunda Chair, Barrel and Mat work together to lengthen the spine, improve alignment, open the shoulders and strengthen the powerhouse with precision and control.
